Job summary

LogistiQ in Port Clinton, Ohio seeks a Supervisor Product Engineering to lead product engineering initiatives, NPD programs, and portfolio management. You will supervise engineers and drive throughput, quality, safety, scalability, and cost efficiency from concept through production launch.

This role bridges Engineering and Production, coordinating with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver scalable, production-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering with leadership.
• Experience with NPD, conveyor systems, and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large product programs aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee NPD/NPI processes and ensure production-readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Develop charters, track milestones, and manage risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows and cycles.
