Job summary

Qualifications

  • Summer co-op requires a current college sophomore or rising junior earning a BS in Engineering.
  • Spring co-op requires a current college junior earning a BS in Engineering.
  • Fall co-op requires a current college junior earning a BS in Engineering.
  • Work experience or leadership roles in team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively in a team to implement advanced product engineering.
  • Collaborate with manager to identify best methods for tooling.
  • Utilize a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices to achieve yield targets.
  • Initiate and/or update documentation of procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides.
  • Provide regular weekly updates to manager and Pre-Production department.
  • Compare existing manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose improvements.
  • Suggest capital project efforts to resolve technology capability issues.
  • Participate in internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques to meet customer needs.
