Job summary

Trew is seeking a Spring 2027 Mechanical Engineering Co-Op in West Chester, OH. You will participate in product development, design reviews, and BOM management while gaining exposure to the full design process.

Responsibilities include drafting 3D models, data analysis to verify performance, and collaboration with senior engineers. This paid co-op runs Monday–Friday and offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical preferred).
• Willingness to work in a hands-on product development environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design components and sub-systems for complex products.
• Analyze data to verify design performance against specs.
• Create and maintain BOM structures and item records.
• Produce high-quality 3D modelling drawings.
• Collaborate with lead engineers on projects.
• Prepare design and cost estimates for proposals.
