• Basic understanding of semiconductors, electronics, or test engineering.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI and sustaining products in San Jose, CA.
• Analyze ATE, wafer probe, characterization, and manufacturing data.
• Generate technical summaries and engineering presentations from large data sets.
• Assist in qualification, reliability activities, including data analysis and documentation.
• Support customer return investigations by coordinating testing and results review.
• Collect and analyze characterization data and perform bench-to-ATE correlations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product, process, and test issues.
• Develop scripts/tools and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Contribute to yield enhancement, test-time reduction, and cost optimization.
• Support Jira PLD project and chatbot development/optimization.
