Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Milpitas is seeking an Operations Co-Op (Jan–June 2027) to join the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics teams. The role offers hands-on experience with SAP, production data, and KPI tracking in a leading semiconductor environment.

The ideal candidate is an engineering student starting January 2027, able to work full-time through June 2027, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with mentorship from senior operations leadership.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Systems/Manufacturing preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor assembly capacity and material availability.
• Support SAP transactions and barcode-driven processes.
• Track downtime on critical production equipment and report findings.
• Collect and analyze production yield and performance data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Assist with inventory tracking optimization in SAP and barcode systems.
• Organize and maintain document management for operational data.
• Support continuous improvement projects in manufacturing.
