Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI and production sustaining activities with data analytics.
• Analyze ATE, wafer probe, characterization, and manufacturing data to find trends and root causes.
• Develop engineering dashboards and automated reports to improve efficiency.
• Assist with qualification, reliability, and RMA investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product, process and test issues.
