Job summary

Ceragon Networks is seeking an RF Engineer to support the transition of wireless solutions from development to production, ensuring high reliability and performance. You will work on RF test setups, assist subcontractors, and contribute to the implementation of DFX methods within manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates have a BSc in Electrical Engineering and 3–4 years RF experience, with hands-on digital skills and proficiency with test equipment.

Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years RF experience (NF, IP3, RL, etc.).
• Hands-on digital experience required.
• Experience with test equipment operation (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter).
• Experience writing technical documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Support transition of product lines from development to production.
• Assist in production line test setups and training of subcontractors.
• Lead and implement DFX methods for manufacturing.
• Drive corrective and preventative actions in production.

Requirements

• BSC in Electrical Engineering.
• 3- 4 years experience in RF (NF, IP3, RL, etc.) – Must.
• Hand-On experience in digital – Must.p>Knowledge in operating Test Equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter) – Must.
• Experience in writing technical documents in English – Must.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Experience in providing technical support for introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Experience in solving technical issues in production.
• Team player with strong technical and communication skills.
