Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to track projects and provide engineering support for valve and water infrastructure products.

You will develop drawings, design improvements, and coordinate with manufacturing and sales to ensure on-time delivery and quality. The role requires a BS in engineering (mechanical preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in design/manufacturing of mechanical engineered products; familiarity with Pro/E, SolidWorks, AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering Field, Mechanical Engineering preferred with 5 years relevant experience.
• +2 years of relevant experience in design and/or manufacturing of mechanical engineered products.
• Experience with ISO, UL, FM, NSF, and related certification processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track engineering projects and metrics.
• Provide engineering support for product lines and implement improvements.
• Produce working drawings using Pro/E, SolidWorks & AutoCAD on schedule.
• Develop tests and metrics for production reliability.
• Coordinate with approval agencies for new or modified products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service teams for product support.
