Job summary

You will lead design reviews, validate designs, and support production with robust documentation and issue resolution. Travel up to 10% is required, with a focus on automotive interiors and thermal management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA’s, DVP&R.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is designed within industry quality standards per APQP and cost targets.
• Act as a technical liaison between customer and project management.
• Initiate, review, and release design FMEAs, DVP&R, BOM and drawings.
• Organize manufacturing and industrial engineering documentation for products.
• Attend and support engineering development meetings and program launches with customers.
• Lead design reviews and drive product life cycle progress.
