Gentherm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of product engineers in North America. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, optimize processes, and ensure timely, high‑quality execution that strengthens customer relationships and drives business growth.

You will guide design feasibility, DVPR reviews, and surrogate data usage while supporting cost reductions and continuous improvement across products and processes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of progressive industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Engineering Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of product engineers to execute strategic engineering initiatives.
• Ensure product designs meet industry standards safely and cost-effectively.
• Oversee validation methods and drive CI and VAVE improvements.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and customer satisfaction through strong technical guidance.
