Gentherm, a global leader in thermal management technologies, seeks an experienced design engineer to own end-to-end development of heated, cooled, and ventilated systems from concept through production. This is a highly impactful design and development role with end-to-end ownership of bringing innovative heated, cooled, and ventilated systems from concept through production. You will lead the development, validation, and successful launch of customer-specific solutions, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, and timing requirements. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer programs and deliver solutions that move from initial design to production and into the hands of customers.
Travel: Position will require domestic and international travel up to 10%
