Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Design Engineering.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction: ensure new products meet development requirements before production release and support reliability plans.
• Product Sustaining: monitor initial yields and drive quality improvements in production.
• Change Control: review production changes and perform electrical characterization for qualification.
• Failure Analysis: conduct studies on returns or failure modes impacting yield.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional activities and oversee tasks to meet schedules.
