Job summary

Wispr Flow is seeking a creative and highly motivated researcher/product thinker to advance the frontier of human-computer interaction. You will form hypotheses, build prototypes, and test them with teammates and users, eventually turning successful ideas into real product areas with ownership of direction and implementation.

You will collaborate with our research team to explore fast voice actions, novel interaction patterns, and context-aware interfaces, shaping how Wispr Flow evolves its Flow

Responsibilities

• Explore areas such as: fast voice actions, computer use, novel interaction patterns
• Develop hypotheses, prototypes, and experiments for your own ideas
• Build and evolve a harness for in-house models around human computer interaction
• Improve memory and context retrieval to support different interaction modalities
• Partner with the ML team to create a bidirectional product–model feedback loop
• Test, evaluate, and either graduate promising ideas into product areas or document why they should be abandoned
• If a bet sticks, own its direction and implementation with increasing scope
