Job summary

Wispr is seeking a frontend product engineer to build enterprise experiences across administration, permissions, user management, and analytics. You will turn customer needs into polished features and own them across the stack with strong React and TypeScript skills.

You will ship data-rich interfaces, work across APIs and backend services, and collaborate with Product, Growth, and GTM. Wispr values usability, accessibility, and high craft as we redefine voice interfaces.

About The Role

You’ll build the product experiences that help organizations adopt, manage, and scale Wispr. You’ll turn ambiguous customer needs into polished features, own them across the stack, and bring the product and design judgment needed to make complex workflows feel simple.

You may be a fit if

• You have strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, including complex state management
• You’ve shipped admin tools, permissions flows, dashboards, or other enterprise products
• You combine product intuition and user empathy with strong design judgment
• You move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and craft
• You routinely work across the stack rather than stopping at the frontend boundary
• You take ownership when the requirements, and the right answer, are still unclear

Prior experience in voice, machine learning, or every enterprise identity standard is not required.

Compensation Range: $180K - $350K
