Wispr is looking for a Product Engineer to shape new products in New Products for Wispr Flow in San Francisco. You will explore interaction concepts, build prototypes, and work with our research team to turn promising ideas into product direction with ownership.

You will develop and test hypotheses, create model harnesses, and enhance memory and context retrieval across modalities, partnering with ML to evaluate and iterate on concepts that graduate into product areas.

Qualifications

• Prototyping and validating new interaction ideas.
• Experience with human-computer interaction concepts and evaluation.
• Working with in-house AI models and memory/context systems.
• Testing ideas with users and iterating based on feedback.

Responsabilités

• Develop hypotheses, prototypes, and experiments for new interaction concepts.
• Build model harnesses and improve memory and context retrieval for different modalities.
• Test ideas with users and collaborate with ML to advance or discard directions.
• Own the direction and implementation of validated ideas.
