Job summary

PFI Conveyors is seeking a Product Engineer to design and support sanitary food processing conveying equipment. You will contribute to product extensions, cost reductions, and new product creation while ensuring manufacturing throughput and customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities include providing technical data, collaborating with production, and developing BOMs and routings. Candidates should have a mechanical engineering background and CAD/FEA proficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering concepts in steel fabrication design.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE software.
• FEA software proficiency including SW PDM.
• MS Office suite proficiency.
• MSHA Safety Training certificate preferred.
• Passport without travel restrictions in Americas.

Responsibilities

• Execute product extension, cost reduction and new product creation projects.
• Develop design solutions maintaining structural integrity while optimizing cost and manufacturability.
• Plan, delegate and schedule work to meet timelines.
