Qualifications

• BS or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of design or related engineering experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid engineering knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved mechanical or electro‑mechanical products and modify existing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Convert customer inputs into actionable designs and resolve product‑related issues.
• Maintain current specifications through thoughtful modifications.
