VAL-CO Industries is seeking a Full Time Design Engineer in New Holland, PA, onsite. You will design mechanical and electro-mechanical products, using CAE, CAD, and FEA to boost productivity and quality. You’ll provide material specs, guide Drafters, and develop prototypes to meet customer needs.

The role requires a BS or technical engineering degree, proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and willingness to travel occasionally. Join a collaborative team shaping agricultural innovation.

Qualifications

• BS or technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved mechanical/electro-mechanical products.
• Use CAE, CAD, and FEA to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Prepare production drawings with material and process specifications.
• Guide Designers and Drafters; manage development projects.
• Prototype design and fabrication to validate concepts.
