The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, structured development processes, and collaboration with sourcing, quality, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality consumer and commercial tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Three or more years of engineering experience in product development or related environments.
• Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development projects from concept through production launch.
• Guide technical execution to align with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, sourcing, quality, manufacturing and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain schedules, specifications, and development documentation.
• Support product testing, prototyping, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and designers on the team.
