Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in product development, design, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development projects from concept through production launch.
• Drive technical execution while aligning with quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing.
• Develop schedules, technical requirements, specifications, and documentation.
• Guide projects through a structured stage-gate process.
• Coordinate product testing, validation, prototyping, and issue resolution.
