Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Product Engineer to research and develop new products for remanufacturing. You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Business Development and support teams to expand program offerings and represent the company in customer interactions.

Key tasks include developing BOMs, engineering specs, and coordinating launches; analyzing failure modes; and driving process improvements while maintaining clear communication and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing new products to market through customer collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Knowledge of automotive powertrain and drivetrain is a plus.
• Ability to influence teams and program outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer Product Engineering and Business Development to pursue new programs.
• Present new products to manufacturing for launches, including BOMs and specifications.
• Lead or support program management in new program launches and product changes.
• Develop presentations to illustrate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate safety awareness in daily management.
