The role emphasizes PCB design, reverse engineering, sourcing, and process optimization to support remanufacturing of automotive and appliance modules.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years in product development, electronics repair, or remanufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits and systems.
• Methodical problem solving ability.
• Experience with PCB design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Project management skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize product opportunities for current markets.
• Perform reverse engineering and testing to validate designs.
• Source components and coordinate with purchasing for reliable parts.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize remanufacturing processes.
• Work with marketing, sales, and support to align with market needs.
• Create project plans with timelines and manage milestones.
