Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an advanced Product Engineer to drive sustainable hardware infrastructure within our Reverse and Remanufacturing Operations. Translate complex product requirements into robust manufacturing processes that maximize yield and reduce cost, partnering with Hardware Eng, Quality, and Supply Chain.

This role leads refurbishment workstreams, factory readiness, and KPIs, bridging engineering and operations to ensure supply continuity across a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• Deep technical foundation in enterprise hardware architecture such as data center servers and enterprise storage systems.
• Ability to author manufacturing specifications, BOMs, and implement process controls using PLM/ERP tools.
• Expertise in diagnosing hardware defects and performing root-cause investigations to maximize yield.
• Location: to be based in Santa Clara, CA office per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End RRO Workstreams & Product Flows: define requirements through factory release, establish specs, BOMs, configuration controls, and inventory traceability.
• Drive Global Factory Readiness & Site Validation: work with CMOs to ensure resilient production lines, FPY, DPPM, and MPI readiness.
• Optimize Yield and Operational KPIs: analyze failures with Quality/Test Eng to drive RCA and continuous improvements.
• Bridge Hardware Eng and Operations: act as central technical authority connecting Eng, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
