Job summary
Everpure seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process development, validation, and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines across PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing. You will build, empower, and direct a global engineering team to chart the technology roadmap and establish scalable, high-yield production systems.
You will partner with Contract Manufacturers, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations to transform designs into reliable manufacturing
Qualifications
- Technical foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering concepts.
- Hands-on manufacturing processes for servers, storage systems, or electromechanical assemblies.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and validate scalable manufacturing process strategies for NPIs with Contract Manufacturers.
- Direct and develop a global team of manufacturing engineers.
- Embed DFM principles with Design Engineering during early-stage development.
- Establish the long-term manufacturing process technology roadmap with partners.
