Aside, a San Francisco–based personal work agent company, is seeking an engineer who will listen to user feedback, fix what’s broken, and ship new features end to end. You will own the work from design to deployment, demo your progress to the team and community, and help improve the product’s flow and usability.

The team is small, with founders closely involved; housing support and visa assistance may be available depending on the situation.

• Read code and understand structure before touching it.
• Explain why each change works and back it with data.
• Demonstrate a clear sense of user experience and product goals.
