Manykind in San Francisco is seeking a Founder's Engineer who will build the operating system for business agents. You will ship TypeScript-based agents, run them on our platform, and own end-to-end product experiences from recruiting to operations.

This is a hands-on engineering seat with a broad scope and deep impact. The role rewards speed and ownership, with a path toward significant equity as the startup scales.

Qualifications

• Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript and able to read/debug AI tooling code.
• Experience shipping end-to-end software or agents in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative without explicit directions.

Responsibilities

• Build agents on the platform using TypeScript and run in sandboxed environments.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows: sourcing, enrichment, screening, routing as agents.
• Collaborate with founders and design partners to shape platform features.
• Ship production-grade code and own the outcomes and quality.
