Job summary
TRACTIAN is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Software Team. You will translate product requirements into scalable features, work across the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
You will own technical decisions, drive architecture, and help streamline processes to improve team efficiency. Prior experience with AI/LLM features and cloud infrastructure will be a plus in this
Qualifications
- 5+ years in full-stack development.
- Proficient in React/TypeScript and backend APIs/microservices.
- Experience with cloud infra and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate requirements into shipped features.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM features is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build product features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Collaborate with Product & Design to translate ideas into technical solutions.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed and quality.
- Work cross-functionally with software, product, engineering teams.
- Iterate features based on data and user feedback.
- Support deployments and ensure system performance.
