Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Software Team in Atlanta, GA. You will translate product requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions, contributing across the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

You will design, develop, and ship features, collaborate with product managers and designers, and own technical decisions to balance speed, quality, and scalability. A strong emphasis on data-driven iteration and robust deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development, with strong experience in frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend systems (APIs, microservices, gRPC, REST).
• Proficient in TypeScript and Golang, with solid testing experience (unit, end-to-end, and load testing).
• Comfortable with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring).
• Strong product sense and ability to translate requirements into shipped features using data feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build Product Features end-to-end from concept to production.
• Partner with Product & Design to translate ideas into technical solutions.
• Own architectural and implementation decisions balancing speed, quality, scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, product, design, and other teams.
• Iterate based on user feedback and data after launch.
• Support deployments and ensure system performance.
