Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Software Team, shaping, building, and shipping features that solve real customer problems. You will translate product requirements into scalable solutions across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers, own technical decisions, and drive cross-functional execution with a focus on performance, reliability, and data-driven iterations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development
• Strong experience with frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (APIs, microservices)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD and monitoring (Datadog, Grafana)
• Experience integrating AI/LLM features (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Build product features end-to-end from concept to production
• Collaborate with Product & Design to translate ideas into technical solutions
• Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions
• Work cross-functionally with software, product, and engineering teams
• Iterate features based on data, user feedback, and experiments
• Support deployments and ensure system performance
