Job summary

TUTCO is seeking a Product Engineer to design, develop, and support electric heating products and related manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to deliver thermal solutions and drive cost reductions.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with problem-solving skills and a passion for bringing products from concept through production.

Qualifications

Design experience for electric heating elements and thermal systems.
Ability to create and review engineering drawings and specs.
Experience with product development processes and ECOs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electric heating elements, assemblies, and thermal systems.
Coordinate new product development and release with cross-functional teams.
Create engineering drawings, specs, and documentation.
Prepare deviations and ECOs per work instructions.
Lead or support cost-reduction and continuous improvement projects.
