Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. seeks a Product Engineer to join the Applications Engineering team and advance innovative connectivity solutions through testing, characterization, and data-driven analysis.

You will collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive product success from development to production, evaluating performance and implementing improvements across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, optical, or materials engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in product engineering or related technical role.
• Strong fundamentals in testing, validation, qualification, and problem solving.
• Experience designing experiments, executing test plans, and analyzing results.
• Knowledge of engineering statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and product requirements.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise on assigned products and their applications.
• Plan, execute, and document product characterization, validation, and qualification testing.
• Design experiments and analyze results to validate designs and identify improvements.
• Apply engineering and statistical methods to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Support root cause investigations related to product performance and field issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and production transition.
• Translate customer requirements into measurable product specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Lead or contribute to projects that enhance testing capabilities and technical documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
