Job summary

US Conec Ltd. seeks a Product Engineer to join the Applications Engineering team. You will support development, qualification, industrialization, and continuous improvement of connectivity solutions using engineering principles and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• 3–5 years of experience in product engineering, design engineering, or related technical role.
• Strong understanding of testing, validation, and qualification processes.
• Experience designing experiments, executing test plans, and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of statistics, measurement systems, and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical standards.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical expertise in assigned products and performance characteristics.
• Plan, execute, and document product characterization, validation, and qualification testing.
• Design experiments, establish hypotheses, and analyze results for design changes.
• Apply engineering and statistical methods to interpret data and identify trends.
• Support root cause investigations related to product performance and field issues.
• Evaluate impact of changes on product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and launches.
• Translate customer requirements into measurable specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, manufacturability, and cost.
