Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Metrology Engineer to advance measurement systems across design, manufacturing, and troubleshooting of advanced connectivity solutions.

You will partner with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate data and robust reporting. The role emphasizes process improvement, statistical analysis, and on-site collaboration with technicians; a BS in Engineering and strong GD&T knowledge are required, with experience using Excel, Minitab,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly.
• Experience planning tests, collecting data, and analyzing results.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other technical software tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize metrology programs, software tools, fixtures, accessories, and measurement processes to support new and existing products
• Gain and apply expert knowledge of US Conec’s metrology equipment and measurement technologies
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to ensure measurements reflect design intent
• Create, validate, and maintain measurement programs, procedures, and best practices across the metrology function
• Support mold monitoring and process improvement initiatives by providing accurate measurement data and feedback to manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with metrology technicians and engineering teams to plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and validation activities
• Respond to internal measurement requests and communicate results through clear, timely, and actionable reports
• Analyze measurement data using statistical methods and software tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
