Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group is hiring Senior and Staff Product Engineers to join our Technology team. In these hands-on, full-stack roles, you’ll design, build, and modernize our tech stack—from client-facing digital experiences to the internal operating system that runs our business.

You'll work across brands, with AI-native development, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software engineering for Senior level, or 9+ years with cross-system architecture ownership for Staff level.
• Strong in relational data, SQL, schema design, transactions, and data warehouses/pipelines.
• Security, testing, accessibility, authentication/authorization and web risks.
• Ability to specify and scope multi-step AI work, with clear context and validation.
• Product-engineer mindset: problem-first, simple and maintainable solutions, and trade-offs communication.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across front end, back end, APIs, and data layers from ideation to production.
• Design integrations across brands and tools like Salesforce and NetSuite with secure data handling.
• Break ambiguous requirements into actionable plans and work units for humans and agents.
• Work AI-native: use AI agents throughout research, prototyping, implementation, testing, and documentation.
