You’ll work in a TypeScript + Node.js + React stack, collaborating with product and design teams, mentoring engineers, and driving scalable performance

• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Experience owning technically challenging cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end projects improving Retool’s core Apps product offering, making it easier for companies to build internal software.
• Collaborate with the team to build and improve the architectural foundations of how apps are built, loaded, and persisted within Retool.
• Meet with internal counterparts to enhance customer thinking and partner closely with product on building out features.
• Improve scalability and performance of Retool’s platform.
• Debug and fix customer problems.
• Help assess and recruit future engineers.
