Job summary

Replit is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Enterprise team in Foster City, CA, shaping features that help teams build, deploy, and share apps. You will work with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to deliver usable, scalable solutions across the stack for enterprise customers.

You will design authentication, permissions, security, and collaboration tools, while mentoring peers and influencing architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production code for enterprise software.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and own features across the full stack for enterprise customers.
• Design scalable solutions including authentication, permissions, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Mentor other engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Ship quickly and iterate based on feedback and usage data.
