Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in product engineering for browser automation or AI tooling.

• Hands-on depth in Playwright, Puppeteer, browser-use, Stagehand, or Chromium internals.
• Own features end-to-end without a PM or designer.
• Focus on developer experience, including API latency, error messages, and documentation.
• Bias toward shipping quickly and making decisions with imperfect data.
• Hybrid work from the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Bonus: founding/infra roles at a DevTools or AI-startup; GitHub traction.
• Bonus: visa transfers (OPT/H-1B).

Requirements

• Hands‑on depth in Playwright, Puppeteer, browser-use, Stagehand, or Chromium internals


• Track record of owning features end-to‑end without a PM or designer


• Demonstrated focus on developer experience, including API latency, response format, error messages, and documentation


• Bias toward shipping in days and comfort making decisions with imperfect data


• Able to work hybrid from the San Francisco Bay Area


• Founding engineer, MTS, or infrastructure engineer experience at a DevTools or AI-agent startup is a bonus


• Repeat founder or founder-CEO background with a shipped product and GitHub traction is a bonus


• Hands‑on understanding of AI agent tool selection and reliable prompt‑based browser interaction is a bonus


• Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers
