Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in product engineering for browser automation or AI tooling.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on depth in Playwright, Puppeteer, browser-use, Stagehand, or Chromium internals.
• Own features end-to-end without a PM or designer.
• Focus on developer experience, including API latency, error messages, and documentation.
• Bias toward shipping quickly and making decisions with imperfect data.
• Hybrid work from the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Bonus: founding/infra roles at a DevTools or AI-startup; GitHub traction.
• Bonus: visa transfers (OPT/H-1B).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship developer-facing features from idea to production.
• Own the reliability of shipped products against a changing web.
• Turn complex problems into clean APIs.
• Participate in roadmap decisions and engineering tradeoffs.
• Use feedback to guide development and improve UX.
