This role serves as the primary engineering owner for assigned products and collaborates with customers, Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to support the development, launch, and continued production of complex aerospace components. The Product Engineer will apply knowledge of investment casting, structural engine components, superalloys, and manufacturing processes to improve manufacturability, resolve technical challenges, support customer requirements, and drive program performance. This position combines product engineering, project coordination, manufacturing support, and customer-facing technical leadership. The engineer will serve as a key technical resource throughout the product lifecycle and contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of engineering capabilities across the organization.

This position operates within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment supporting complex investment cast components. The role includes regular interaction with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, suppliers, and customers. The Product Engineer supports both office-based engineering responsibilities and manufacturing-floor activities. The position requires active participation in product development, production support, technical investigations, customer communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a Permanent position based out of Groton, CT.
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
