• Build working knowledge of assigned product lines and release changes.
• Provide clear, consistent guidance to internal teams within defined response times.
• Create, update, and maintain product hub content and troubleshooting docs.

Responsibilities

• Learn product features, workflows, and customer use cases; stay current with releases.
• Support internal product questions, provide quick, accurate guidance, and escalate when needed.
• Update Product Hub content and training materials to improve self-service for internal teams.
