Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a senior education leader to develop and execute product training materials and programs that clearly articulate our differentiators. This role partners with the SVP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to educate field leadership and provide scalable tools for growth.

You will translate complex topics into simple messages, train large groups, and travel as needed. Relocation to our Idaho Falls HQ is required; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product training, medical education or scientific sales training experience.
• Industry experience in Home Care, Nutrition, Functional Foods, and/or beauty preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing/able to travel, with some evening and weekend work.
• Remote work is not offered; relocation to Idaho Falls required.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training materials and education programs that clearly communicate product points of difference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SVP of Marketing to educate field leadership.
• Track program successes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide tools to grow field businesses and protect brand integrity.
• Occasional involvement in product-related marketing events and strategic initiatives.
