Job summary

Referment is collaborating with a global investment and technology firm to hire a full-stack engineer who builds internal developer tooling, shared libraries and firmwide web applications. You will work directly with users across the organisation, combining engineering depth with product judgement to improve how teams operate.

This is an end-to-end role: shape product direction, choose technical approaches, write production code and iterate with designers and users through deployment.

You will work directly with users across the organisation, combining engineering depth with product judgement to improve how teams operate.

This is an end-to-end role: you will help shape product direction, choose technical approaches, write production code and iterate with designers and users through deployment.

The Role

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and turn user needs into well-designed software.
• Lead and contribute to projects from discovery and product definition through production deployment.
• Build and maintain internal applications and APIs used across the organisation.
• Iterate with designers and end users through interviews, usability testing and feedback.
• Take ownership of both product decisions and full-stack technical execution.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience building full-stack, user-facing applications and applying human-centred product design.
