Qualifications

• Experience handling controlled documentation and revision histories.
• Ability to review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Comfort with technical information and manufacturing-related paperwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a cross-functional setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized repository for product specifications and technical files.
• Ensure documents are current, authorized, and properly revised.
• Manage revision histories and communicate changes to departments.
• Support creation and maintenance of product data in ERP and files.
• Coordinate with Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, and Purchasing.
