Job Overview: This role involves developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. The candidate will understand market problems, lead product development, and collaborate across departments to standardize and implement products from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Review and shape commercial products for state public sector and Medicaid FFS business.
• Coordinate with the Product Review Committee for product feedback and amendments, including pricing revisions.
• Manage the pipeline of products for sale and collaborate with sales teams to drive sales.
• Communicate regularly with the implementation team regarding product goals and timelines.
• Present products to potential clients and partners, and collaborate with marketing for product promotion.
• Oversee multiple complex product initiatives and lead new product ideation.
• Conduct market assessments, develop pricing strategies, and prepare product launch materials.
• Present initiatives to senior management and develop training materials for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 in product development.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work independently and in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
