Product Director - State Public Sector Business Development - Remote

This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. The Product Director will analyze market problems, lead product development, and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful product launches and market fit.

Responsibilities

• Review and shape commercial products for state public sector and Medicaid FFS markets.
• Coordinate with the Product Review Committee and innovation team for product adjustments, including pricing revisions.
• Manage the product pipeline and work with the sales team to drive sales.
• Communicate with the implementation team to align goals and timelines.
• Present products to potential clients and collaborate with marketing for product collateral.
• Oversee multiple complex product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Lead market assessments, pricing strategies, and product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 5 in product development.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
