Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Product Leadership, or related experience.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional product teams.
• Experience working closely with software development and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Product Managers through mentoring, career development, performance management, and growth opportunities.
• Establish and strengthen a consistent product management discipline across the organization.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture leadership to guide modernization efforts and align priorities and goals.
• Lead product initiatives focused on platform modernization and reduction of technical debt.
• Define product priorities and evaluate tradeoffs across business and technology needs.
