Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Product Director, Business Capability Owner to guide the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). You will own the end-to-end platform vision, roadmap, and product strategy, aligning processes, data, and technology with firm priorities and delivering measurable business value.

You will partner with ETI, architecture, and business stakeholders to govern governance, funding, and continuous improvement across operations, reporting, and risk controls. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading agile product delivery and managing roadmaps/backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of business process design and enterprise technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and product strategy.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Own end-to-end business processes for the assigned capability and drive optimization.
• Lead governance, funding decisions, and annual Book of Work.
• Manage platform data, integrations, and technology value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with ETI, architecture, and vendors.
