Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex solutions for business problems to meet client needs.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems within regulated environments.
• 8+ years of enterprise data governance or AI strategy experience.
• 8+ years in product management, design, engineering, data analysis, data science, or user research.
• Strong written and spoken communication to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Curious, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Advises on solutioning and adopts client-facing products while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk.
• Leverages product knowledge to guide end-to-end solution development and governance.
• Partner with Sales to advise on pricing, develop collateral, and respond to RFPs.
• Manage collection and delivery of client feedback to Product teams.
• Develop strategy and roadmaps for data governance and AI-for-data capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define use cases, requirements, and dependencies.
• Communicate complex ideas to senior leaders with precision and relatable examples.
• Balance speed and quality under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Ensure delivery from business requirements through production deployment.
