Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development while managing costs, features, and reliability.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices from discovery to delivery.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to meet objectives.
• Monitors market trends and conducts competitive analysis for differentiation.
• Develop a service strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and business consumers.
• Manage discovery and market research to uncover user solutions and integration into the roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a service backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
