About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experiencedProduct Development & Supply Chain Managerto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from assisting in our development process through production and serve as the key liaison between Goldie Locks and our global network of manufacturers, packaging vendors, and supply chain partners.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, CPO and cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life with excellence, efficiency, and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end product development process
• Oversee and maintain strong communication with U.S. and international manufacturing and packaging vendors
• Develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Source and negotiate components, packaging, and materials with an eye for both innovation and brand alignment
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Track and manage COGS, MOQs, and lead times
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot supply chain risks or bottlenecks

Who You Are

• You bring5+ years of experienceinproduct development, packaging, and supply chain management ideally in thebeauty, wellness, or hair careindustry
• You have a working knowledge of packaging specs, materials, manufacturing timelines, and compliance standards
• You are highly organized, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You’re a natural communicator who excels at managing vendor relationships and timelines
• You’re comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• You bring proactive energy, solution-driven thinking, and a calm-under-pressure mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international sourcing and packaging logistics
• Familiarity with sustainable packaging innovations
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in the beauty/personal care industry
